Virginia Greyhounds Athletics Registration Refund Policy

Virginia Greyhounds Athletics is committed to providing a fair and transparent registration process. To ensure the organization can properly budget for league fees, insurance, equipment, uniforms, facility rentals, and other operating expenses, all registration fees are non-refundable.

By registering your athlete, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All registration fees paid to Virginia Greyhounds Athletics are non-refundable.
• Registration fees reserve your athlete’s roster spot and are immediately allocated toward operating costs necessary to prepare for the season.
• The only circumstance under which a registration fee will be refunded by the organization is if the entire season is officially canceled by Virginia Greyhounds Athletics before competition begins.
• No refunds will be issued due to, but not limited to:
  
  
  • Athlete or parent deciding to withdraw.
  • Schedule conflicts.
  • Missed practices or games.
  • Removal from the team for disciplinary or policy violations.
  • Injury, illness, or any other personal circumstance.
  • Dissatisfaction with coaching decisions, team placement, or playing time.

By submitting payment, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
